Serves 4-6
- 1-1/2 cups oat milk (any milk/milk alternative)
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoons honey
- 3/4 cup steel cut oats
Blend oat milk, cocoa, banana, salt, and maple syrup. Pour over steel cut oats and let sit overnight. Serve and top with additional cocoa powder and bananas if desired.
