    Executive Chef

    Originally from Taipei, Taiwan, Alan Huang immigrated to the United States at the age of two. He never attended a culinary school, but he grew up in his parent’s restaurant doing the simplest daily tasks like peeling carrots and washing dishes. After 5 years as a sushi chef, Alan shifted focus to western cuisine.

    After stints at smaller restaurants in Texas, Alan worked at Fearing’s inside the Ritz Carlton in Dallas for 5 years. Over the past 4 years he has been working for Bon Appétit as the Executive Sous Chef at Cafe Modern located at the Museum of Modern Art in Fort Worth. He is now the new Executive Chef for Turtle Creek Offices Campus in Dallas, Texas.

    Nora has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. She began her food service career in her early teens; working her way through the ranks of several different restaurants before gravitating into the realm of catering. She has also organized and executed Chef Conferences on behalf of the National Associate of Colleges and University Food Services (NACUFS).
